Eye of God Print | Helix Nebula
About 650 light years away in the constellation Aquarius, a dying star has thrown off its outer layers into a glowing ring. Its shape earned it the name the Eye of God. This view joins pictures from the Hubble Space Telescope and a telescope at Kitt Peak in Arizona. It is a glimpse of what our own Sun will do in about five billion years. Image digitally remastered and optimised for print. The highest fine art Giclée printing, on archival satin 285gsm premium paper. Image credit: NASA, ESA, C.R. O'Dell (Vanderbilt University), and M.
