Why is there a time on my star map?

For our astronomical software to produce a star map, we must be supplied with a location, date and time. However, when placing your order, you are given the option whether or not you wish to have the time displayed on the printed star map. Therefore, you may see a time on your confirmation email even if you chose not to have a time displayed on the final print. If you are unsure, please contact us. What are the adhesive strips?

Adhesive strips are used to hang your poster or framed poster to a wall securely and easily without the need for nails, screws or tools. Easy to follow instructions are included, the strips take just a few minutes to install and can be repositioned and freely moved without leaving marks or holes in your wall. All strips are made to measure so they will fit your framed print, or poster perfectly.

No, we do not send receipts physically, all our receipts are sent via email and can be printed from home if required. Is the packaging discreet?

I don't see my confirmation email?

Confirmation emails are sent immediately, so please check your junk or spam folder first. If it is not there, the most common cause is a small error in the email address entered at checkout, for example a missing character or .con instead of .com.
