Yes, our personalised star maps are scientifically accurate and precise, thanks to our database consisting of millions of stars. Each star map is individually rendered with millions of pixels, each pixel is accurate to within 1/100th of a mm.

All maps are astronomically verified with NASA’s Astronomical Data Centre star catalogue and the European Space Agency’s database of stars to ensure our continued precision and accuracy.

For our astronomical software to produce a star map, we must be supplied with a location, date and time.

However, when placing your order, you are given the option whether or not you wish to have the time displayed on the printed star map.

Therefore, you may see a time on your confirmation email even if you chose not to have a time displayed on the final print.

Adhesive strips are used to hang your poster or framed poster to a wall securely and easily without the need for nails, screws or tools.

Easy to follow instructions are included, the strips take just a few minutes to install and can be repositioned and freely moved without leaving marks or holes in your wall.

All strips are made to measure so they will fit your framed print, or poster perfectly.

We offer a wide range of colours and customisations with 10 vivid colours to choose from and a choice of different background colours to mix and match.

We have the ability to send any star digitally instantly, but the option is currently unavailable on the website.

No, we do not send receipts physically, all our receipts are sent via email and can be printed from home if required.

If you do not have a printer at home and require a receipt in the post, simply let us know via our Contact Form and we can send one with your package, no problem at all.

Postage is absolutely free for orders within the UK.

We don’t charge our customers any hidden costs whatsoever.

Special orders such as orders outside of the UK or next day delivery will incur additional costs in line with Royal Mail’s pricing structure.
